COPYRIGHT POLICY

By uploading your images or artwork to Blueliquid Canvas Printing you are verifying that you have copyright permission to have the uploaded images or artwork printed by us. We do not reprint copyrighted images or artwork that does not belong to the person who has uploaded them.

COVER ON DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If for any reason your canvas prints are damaged during freight, or if there is clear damage to packaging on arrival we require notification of this within 24 hours or replacements will not be covered. 

Also, if for some reason the couriers misplace your order during delivery and it is not found or delivered within 12-14 days we will replace and resend the order.

GIFT VOUCHERS

*Gift vouchers, both physical and digital, must be redeemed as canvas prints and are nonrefundable. Refunds are only applicable if you have received a faulty or damaged product.
